At Active Care, we offer in-home assistance to adults with a disability who live independently in their choice of accommodation.
Our Active Care team can assist clients with maintaining their home and our support is tailored to suit each client, individually, depending on their
needs.
Our support includes help with the tasks around the home such as :
- Skill development in domestic tasks
- Menu planning, preparation and cooking Cleaning
- Minor garden maintenance
- Shopping and banking.
